Our Parks all have on site wardens or managers who are diligent in their role to look after all of our Resident’s interests.

What protection do I have when purchasing a home?
Your purchase is covered by the Mobile Homes Act 2013 which can be viewed on the Government Website here.
What costs are involved when buying a home?
There is no stamp duty, no solicitors fees and no search fees.
Is there an age requirement to live on the park?
Yes, the minimum age requirement to reside on the park is 50 years of age.
Which Council Tax band applies to the homes?
Council Tax, Band A applies to the homes.
Can I keep a pet in my park home?

Can I live on the park all year round?
Yes. The Park has a full Residential Licence.
Do you have disability access on your parks?
We cater to disabled access on all our parks, offering handrails and ramps wherever possible. Our parks are also all one level, limiting stairs and allowing for easy wheelchair access.
