All of our park home villages are registered with the 10-Year GoldShield Warranty Scheme, all our homes are built to the latest British standards and our home owners are fully protected by the Mobile Homes Act 1983 and revisions, ensuring your security of tenure and giving you the right to keep your home on the park in perpetuity, meaning if your circumstances change, you can sell your home on the park and importantly have the right to leave it to a family member, ensuring your guaranteed peace of mind.
